MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY
New items may be returned for a full refund within 10 days of original delivery, provided that the items are undamaged and returned in their original packaging. Brother of Leaf, LLC (“Palio”) will pay the return shipping costs only if the product is defective or the return is the result of Palio’s error. If the item is returned for any other reason, the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Within 7 days of receiving the returned item, Palio will credit the buyer in the same manner as buyer’s original payment. Where applicable, shipping costs will be deducted from any refund amount. If an item is returned for exchange, Palio will pay shipping only if the need for exchange is a result of Palio’s error. In all other cases, the buyer will be charged for both the return shipping of the original item and shipping of the new item. The particular laws of your state may affect this policy.
